TIP OF THE WEEK: Borrowing sites sometimes receive items where the barcode on the item does not match the barcode in the virtual item. This can happen when the owning site checks out the requested item but sends a different copy (e.g. checking out an item using the record number on the paging slip rather than the barcode of the book in hand.) Please make sure to ensure that the correct barcode is checked out to the borrowing library. If you encounter a mismatched barcode, you can open a call with the Support Desk. Please provide pertinent item and patron record numbers.
